From 1919! – The Home Study Course in Vibracussion was published through the National School of Vibracussion in Chicago, IL. This course consists of twelve (12) lessons along with an Introduction and a “Special Lesson on Four Mallet Playing” and a section on “Harmony Ragtime” that predates other sources.

This is truly an amazing document of xylophone history and one that is sure to provide a great deal of information and pedagogy from the early part of the 20th Century. In total, the 149 pages of this resource is something you likely haven’t seen before!

Like all of VAP Media's Digital Library offerings, the book was scanned at very high resolution, straightened, and meticulously edited to remove marks and dust.
